Excellent photos. You have a very good eye for composition, and the pictures are atmospheric too. I can imagine the drivers being roasted by the sun and getting a bit short-tempered.
You might like Abbas Kiarostami's film Ten, which takes place entirely within a car as it drives around Tehran. Your photos reminded me rather of the glimpses of the city seen through the car windows.
Great pictures! I always wondered what Iran looked like. It's nice to see, even if they are from just a small part of the country. I also enjoyed your choices of subjects.
I came across your photography recently and I was hoping for your permission to use them as part of my weblog (http://irantranslated.blog-city.com). I have in fact used one already as you can see. If you are ok with this, I will be happy to credit you with a link back and if not, I will remove them right away.
Hey! These are great pictures. Im a 17 year old boy in Sweden. I lived in Tehran two years and I thought it was really beutiful. It was nice to look back at things, specially the traffic!!!!!! God, iI have never seen such a louzy traffic before. One of my best memories from iran are the girls! They are top class. You should probably take more pictures of them.
